Sold for 100% in 3 days! |
| Our last home was on the market for a year with another agent and with no offers we were forced to reduce the asking price a couple of times. | After a year and a half of trying to sell our home with another agent, my husband and I found ourselves in a critical situation. We were stuck in a home which we couldn’t afford and our situation seemed hopeless. Not getting anywhere with our old agent we decided to look elsewhere and heard of Jan from our neighbours who strongly recommended him to us. Immediately upon meeting him he put us at ease and within a few weeks of re -listing our home we had at least 4 serious offers at or above our asking price. | The idea to buy a home came up on January this year and I really didnt have much of informations about home sales markets price and so on...but Jan Szybalski was my first contact through the Internet and he became my agent and gave me all the information that I needed.
